摘　　要：采用二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠柱前衍生化高效液相色谱法测定了朱砂在人工胃液中的可溶性汞含量;本法简便,灵敏,精确,可用于朱砂及含朱砂的中成药中可溶性汞的含量测定及质量检验.A high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） method with pre-column derivatization was established to determine soluble mercury of cinnabar in artificial gastric solution. The method is simple, sensitive and accurate. It can be used to determine the content of soluble mercury and to check the quality of traditional Chinese medicines containing cinnabar.
