摘 要:为了提高真丝绸防紫外和防黄变功能,比较了纳米TiO2、稀土以及两者复配物整理绸的UPF值和紫外线照射42 h前后的白度及白度下降率,并初步讨论各种整理绸的防紫外机理,结果表明:纳米TiO2与稀土复配物对真丝绸的防紫外和防黄变作用优于纳米TiO2,更优于稀土;纳米TiO2整理绸以吸收紫外线为主,纳米TiO2与稀土复配物整理绸对紫外线具有强吸收作用.In order to improve anti-UV and anti-yellowing ability of silk fabric,UPF value,whiteness of silk before and after 42 h of ultraviolet radiation and the rate of whiteness descent of silk fabrics were compared among silk treated with nano TiO2;rare earth and the complex of them.The mechanism of anti-yellowing of treated silk fabrics was discussed.The results showed that the anti-UV and anti-yellowing ability of nano TiO2 and rare earth complex was better than that of TiO2,and much better than that of rare earth.Silk treated with nano TiO2 mainly absorb UV-ray,while nano TiO2 and rare earth complex could absorb more UV-ray.
