摘  要:利用30%乙二醛作为交联剂,MgCl2.6H2O作为催化剂,将β-环糊精(β-CD)通过轧-烘-焙工艺接枝到棉织物上.探讨了乙二醛、β-CD和催化剂用量及焙烘温度对β-CD接枝率的影响.通过正交试验优化工艺条件:β-CD用量为70 g/L,乙二醛用量为50g/L,140℃焙烘.接枝β-CD后,织物的吸香留香性能提高,折皱回复角明显提高,强力保留率在75%以上,白度略有下降.β-Cyclodextrin(β-CD) was grafted onto cotton fabric using 30% of glyoxal as a crosslinking age-nt and MgCl2.6H2O as catalyst by pad-dry-cure process.The effects of glyoxal,β-CD and catalyst dosage,curing temperature on the grafting yield of β-CD were studied.The optimum process was determined by orthogonal experiments: 70 g/L of β-CD,50 g/L of glyoxal and cured at 140 ℃.The results showed that the fragrance inclusion and reservation property of grafted cotton fabric was improved,the wrinkle recovery angle was markedly increased,the breaking strength retention was over 75%,and the whiteness was slightly decreased.
