摘  要:以酸性玫红BB为研究对象,探讨了三辛胺(TOA)萃取水中酸性染料的萃取平衡特性,结果表明:(1)在一定三辛胺含量条件下,随水相中染料质量浓度的增大,体系的萃取平衡系数出现明显的上升,说明在所研究的质量浓度范围内,本体系有利于萃取高质量浓度的染料废水;(2)在所研究的染料质量浓度范围内,在有机相内形成染料分子-TOA一对二的可能性是存在的,即TOA与染料分子的结合方式应以1∶1和1∶2为主.当有机相中染料分子较多时,部分1∶2结构解离,释放出部分三辛胺,因此在高质量浓度下,油相的吸附能力增大,表现为分配系数有增大的趋势;(3)获得的萃取相平衡曲线可以用于选择萃取条件的工程设计.The extraction equilibrium behavior of Acid Rose Red BB by trioctyl amine(TOA) was studied.The results showed:(1) the extraction equilibrium coefficient of system distinctly increased with the increment of dye concentration in aqueous phase while the amount of trioctyl amine was constant,which indicated that the system was be favourable to extract high concentration of dye waste water in the range of studied dye concentrations;(2) in the range of studied dye concentrations,it was possible for dye molecule-TOA to form the ratio of 1∶2 in organic phase,i.e.,the combination modes of dye molecules and TOA were mainly 1∶1 and 1∶2.When there were more dye molecules in the organic phase,partial 1∶2 structure of dye molecules dissociated and released some TOA.Accordingly,the adsorbability of oil phase increased at high concentration,the distribution coefficient trended to increase;(3) the phase equilibrium curve obtained could be applied onto the engineering design during selection of extraction condition.
