摘　　要：研究了乙二胺/尿素/水混合液对苎麻织物结构和性能的影响.测试了混合液处理后苎麻织物的毛效、钡值、物理性能和染色性能的变化.结果显示:经乙二胺/尿素/水混合液处理后,苎麻纤维的横截面发生了明显的膨胀,大部分由原来的腰子形变成椭圆形;改性后的苎麻纤维结晶度降低,无定形区增加,结晶形态仍主要为纤维素Ⅰ,有部分纤维素Ⅱ生成;纤维变得柔韧,上染率和固色率得到提高,干/湿摩擦牢度也有所改善.The effects of ethylenediamine/urea/water mixture liquor on structure and properties of ramie fabric were studied.The changes of capillary effect,barium values,mechanical properties and dyeing properties of modified ramie fabric were measured.It was observed that the cross section of the mixture liquor treated ramie fiber occurred swelling obviously,from kidney to ellipse shape;the crystallinity of modified ramie fiber decreased and amorphous region increased,the crystalline was mainly cellulose I,a little cellulose Ⅱ.After ethylen-ediamine/urea/water mixture liquor treatment,ramie fabric become flexible,dye uptake and fixation rate increased,dry/wet rubbing fastness was also improved.
