摘　　要：目的建立山东肿足蕨药材总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法以山东肿足蕨为原料，采用紫外分光光度法，以芦丁为对照品，用亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝-氢氧化钠比色法测定总黄酮含量。结果芦丁在11．56～57．60μg／ml范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9998），平均回收率为99．5％，RSD为2．9％。结论该方法简便快速，可用于山东肿足蕨总黄酮的含量测定。Objective To establish a UV method for the determination of total flavonoids in Hypodematium sinense Iwatuki. Methods Using Hypodematium sinense Iwatuki as control materials, the content of the flavonoids in Hypodematium sinense Iwatuki. was determined by colourimetry with the NaNO2 -- Al （NO3 ）3 -- NaOH coloration system.Results The linear range of Rutosids was 11.56-57.60μg/ml（r=0. 9998）; and the average recovery was 99.5 % with RSD 2.9 %. Conclusion The method is simple and can be used as determination of total flavonoids in Hypodematium sinense Iwatuki.
