针灸配合穴位注射治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针灸配合穴位注射治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法将100例强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。治疗组采用针灸配合穴位注射治疗,对照组采用单纯针灸治疗,治疗3个疗程后评定疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为98.0%,对照组为76.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论针灸配合穴位注射治疗强直性脊柱炎有良好的治疗效果。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion plus acupuncture point injection in treating ankylosing spondylitis. Method One hundred patients with ankylosing spondylitis were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 50 cases each. The treatment group received acupuncture and moxibustion plus acupuncture point injection and the control group, acupuncture and moxibustion only. The therapeutic effects were evaluated after 3 courses of treatment. Results The total efficacy rate was 98.0% in the treatment group and 76.0% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion plus acupuncture point injection has a good clinical therapeutic effect on ankylosing spondylitis.
