摘 要:以聚二甲基硅烷为原料,热分解得到液态聚碳硅烷(LPCS);然后与四甲基四乙烯基环四硅氧烷(D4^Vi)反应,合成了液态聚碳硅烷(LPVCS)。利用FT—IR、TG、XRD等分析手段对LPVCS及其陶瓷产物的组成、结构和热稳定性进行表征。结果表明,LPVCS中含有SiH及C=C活性基团,可在250~300℃固化,300℃固化质量保留率为89.2%,对应1000℃陶瓷产率为59.0%,1200cc陶瓷产物出β-SiC微晶。Liquid polycarbosilane (LPCS) was prepared from thermal decomposition of PDMS; then the liquid polycarbosilane containing allyl groups (LPVCS) was synthesized by reacting with 2,4,6,8 - Tetravinyl -2,4,6,8 -tetramethylcyclotetrasiloxane(D4^Vi). The chemical composition, structure and thermal stability properties of both polymer and ceramics were investigated by FT - IR, TG, XRD and other analytical tools. The results showed that LPVCS contained both Si-H and Si-Vinyl reactive groups. It could cure during 250 - 300 ℃, and the residual weight at 300℃ was 89.2%. The ceramic yield of LPVCS at 1000 ℃ in N2 atmosphere was 59.0%. β-SiC crystallite appeared in the ceramics product at 1200℃.
