摘  要:基于ZnC12活化后获得的活性炭具有孔隙丰富、结构有序、高温下易于除去的特性,构建了用于制备纳米氧化铝粉体的活性炭微反应器,研究了微反应器内前驱颗粒的形成与生长过程,探讨了微反应器在粉体制备中所起的作用.研究发现:微反应器内可生成大量均匀分布在反应器壁上的球形前驱颗粒,这些颗粒被孔壁牢固吸附;粉体的煅烧转相温度与微反应器脱除同步,微反应器在煅烧过程中一直起到了限域的作用,有效防止了粉体的团聚,从而获得了颗粒尺寸分布均匀且分散性好的α-Al2O3粉体.Porous and structurally-ordered active carbon was prepared firstly by chemical activation technology with ZnCl2 as activating agent.Due to its characteristics of high rate of pore and easy to remove at high temperatures of active carbon,the pore was regarded as a field of localized reaction and named active carbon micro-reactor.Chemical reaction was limited in a small pore.Preparations of the precursor and powder using these pores were studied and the effect of the micro-reactor was also investigated.The results show that the precursor particles were scattered in the reactor wall with the uniform and spherical size,the spherical precursor particles were firmly adsorbed on the reactor wall.The temperature of the powder crystal transform was in step with the micro-reactor removal.The micro-reactor was effective in preventing the reunion in the process of sinter.At last,the alfa phase alumina powders with excellent dispersion and size distribution were obtained.
