摘 要:针对某钢铁联合企业低热值煤气燃气-蒸汽联合循环余热锅炉在实际运行中蒸汽参数达不到设计要求和余热利用率低等问题,对其汽水参数和进出口烟气参数进行了热工测试,并分析了燃气轮机排气温度、流量、背压、锅炉给水压力、节点温差、接近点温差、热端温差等因素对汽水参数、排烟温度及排烟阻力的影响。结果表明,影响联合循环余热锅炉热力性能的主要因素有燃机排气参数和余热锅炉综合传热系数。建议根据实时监测的燃气轮机排气温度和流量,选取与之匹配的给水压力、热端温差、节点温差和接近点温差;制定合理的烟气侧吹扫和清洗制度,执行严格的给水标准,保证换热面高效换热。When the low heat value gas- steam combined cycle's heat recovery boiler is run, there are some problems such as the steam parameters cannot reach the design requirements and the heat utilization is low in some factory. Aiming at these problems, the heat recovery boiler's steam parameters and gas parameters have been tested; the factors influencing steam parameters, exhaust gas's temperature and resistance such as the temperature, flow, back-pressure of gas turbine's exhaust gas, feed water pressure, pinch point temperature difference, approach temperature difference, excessive temperature difference at warm end, etc. have been analyzed. The results show that the main influencing factors of the performance of combined cycle's heat recovery boiler are the parameters of gas turbine exhaust gas and the integrated heat transfer coefficient of heat recovery boiler. The following recommendations were made: according to the gas turbine exhaust gas's temperature and flow of the real-time monitoring, select the reasonable feed water pressure, pinch point temperature difference, approach temperature difference and excessive temperature difference at warm end; establishing reasonable purging and cleaning regulations at the flue gas side, implementing stringent feed water standards, ensure high efficiency heat exchanging of heat recovery boiler.
