摘　　要：基质金属蛋白酶-1（matrix metalloproteinase—1，MMP-1）与人体皮肤衰老密切相关。本文对MMP-1的合成、功能、活性调节等方面的研究进展，MMP-1在皮肤老化过程中的重要作用，及MMP-1抑制剂的研究现状进行了综述，为基于抑制MMP—1活性延缓皮肤老化提供了理论依据，为研发延缓皮肤衰老功效添加剂提供了新思路。Matrix metalloproteinase-1 （MMP-1） has been closely related to human skin＇ s aging. This paper reviews on the synthesis, the function and activity regulation of MMP-1 ,the important role of skin aging, and the development of MMP-1 inhibitor recently. In the paper ,there are theoretical basis for anti-aging of human skin by inhibiting activity of MMP-land new idea for reserch and development of functional additives with the effect of anti-aging.
