摘 要:作为当代中国高等教育思想的引领者,潘懋元教授有关中国高等教育科学发展的论述业已成为其高等教育理论体系的重要组成部分。这一思想强调以战略眼光,全面统筹、协调解决中国高等教育发展的矛盾与问题,促进中国高等教育健康、科学、可持续发展。潘懋元高等教育科学发展观不仅体现了当代中国高等教育理论的新发展,而且对实践也产生了积极影响。As a leader of contemporary higher education thought in China, Professor Pan Maoyuan has made a deep discussion on the scientific development of Chinese higher education, which has become an important component of his theoretical system of higher education. This idea emphasizes a strategic and comprehensive vision to resolve the contradictions and problems during the process of Chinese higher education development and promote a healthy, scientific and sustainable development for Chinese higher education.
