摘　　要：2009年2月7日,发现1号机A EH油泵不能正常工作,出现多次EH油母管压力波动的现象,经过对现场EH油泵工作原理的详细分析,判断泵体本身有问题。为了保证安全运行,最终决定在线强行换下工作失常的泵,并返厂解体检查,发现泵内杂质较多,造成油泵内变量活塞头卡涩,引起EH油泵工作不正常。进入油泵内的杂质主要来源于EH油箱,据此提出彻底解决问题的办法。February 7, 2009, NO. 1 machine A EH oil pump actually did not work, there have been many times EH oil pressure fluctuation phenomenon of the mother tube, through EH pump worked on site a detailed analysis and analysis of on-site investigation to determine pump body itself has problems, in order to ensure the safe operation of the line to force a final decision replaced the work of disorders of the pump, and depot examination revealed the disintegration of pump a lot of impurities, resulting in a variable piston pump in the first jam caused by caused by EH oil pump was not working properly. Into the oil pump inside the fuel tank acrobatics the main source of EH, and aeeordingly proposed a radical solution to the problem.
