摘　　要：介绍了六英寸晶圆片倒片系统的设计、及其控制系统硬件构成和软件编程.运行结果表明,系统稳定性好,可靠性高,满足实际的工业生产要求.In this paper, a new auto wafer transfer system for 6 inches is designed and achieved. Details about mechanical design,hardware of control system, and software design are introduced. The running result shows that the system has good stability,high reliability,and can guarantee the on - line wafer manufacture procedure.
