摘 要:采用溶剂热方法合成了2种Zn(Ⅱ)的配合物:[Zn2(C6H4N3)4]n(1),[Zn(phen)(p-CH3-C6H4COO)Cl(H2O)](2),通过单晶X-射线衍射、IR、UV-Vis-NIR吸收光谱、表面光电压光谱(SPS)和荧光光谱对其进行了表征.结构分析表明,配合物(1)是一个具有3D无限结构的Zn(Ⅱ)的配合物;配合物(2)是单核Zn(Ⅱ)的配合物,在晶体中,2个相邻的分子被氢键连成了二聚体.光物理性质研究表明,配合物(1)具有光电性能,在300~600nm范围内表现出正的表面光伏响应;配合物(2)具有荧光性质.Two complexs [Zn2 (C6 H, N3 ), ], (1) and [Zn(phen) (p-CH3-C6H, COO)Cl( H2 O)] (2) have been synthesized by solvothermal method. The crystal structures of the complexes were determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction, and complexes were characterized by IR, UV-Vis-NIR absorption spectrum, surface photovoltage spectroscopy (SPS) and fluorescence spectra. The structure analysis indicates that the Zn( Ⅱ ) complex (1) is a three dimensional infinite structure; the Zn( Ⅱ ) complex (2) is a monoearyon, two neighboring molecules are connected with hydrogen bonds, forming diners in their crystal. The study of photo-physical property shows that the complex (1) possesses the property of photoelectric and exhibits positive surface photovoltage responses in the range of 300-600 nm, the complex (2) possesses the characteristic of fluorescence.
