摘  要:木塑复合材料不仅具有原木特有的木质感,而且尺寸稳定性好,耐水性、耐磨性、耐化学腐蚀性优良,不怕虫蛀,易于着色,维护要求低,使用寿命长,易于成型,可二次加工等众多优异性能,是21世纪重点开发的绿色环保新型材料之一。本文介绍了国内外木塑复合材料的应用与研究进展,阐述了木塑复合材料研究开发的关键问题。针对目前国内外木塑复合材料的物理改性、化学改性以及复合改性方法进行了综述,对木塑复合材料的发展方向进行了展望。Wood-plastic composite material not only has the unique texture of logs but also has lots of excellent performance,such as good dimensional stability,water resistance,wear resistance,excellent chemical corrosion resistance,not afraid of insects,easy coloring,low maintenance requirements,long service life,easy molding,secondary processing and so on.It is one of the new focuses of green environmental protection materials which will be developed in 21~st century.The application and research of wood-plastic composites were summarized in this paper.The main problems about the research of wood-plastic composites were analyzed.The research progress on the material physical modification,chemistry modification and composites modification of wood-plastic composites at home and abroad were also discussed.Suggestions for the development direction of wood-plastic composites materials were put forward.
