摘　　要：简要介绍了单向导湿原理,在此基础上阐述了聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯纤维(PTT)盖丙纶蜂窝面料和PTT盖Cooldry网眼面料的开发实例,其中包括:编织设备参数、原料、织针排列、三角排列、穿纱方式、面料参数、染整工艺流程、染整工艺和面料特征。对针织企业开发生产新型面料具有一定的指导意义。This paper briefly introduces the single side moisture transferring mechanism,and accordingly introduces the development of the honeycomb fabric with polytrimethylene terephthalate fiber(PTT)face and polypropylene back and the mesh fabric with PTT face and Cooldry R back,which includes knitting device parameter setup,materials selection,needle arrangement,cam arrangement,yarn threading ways,fabric parameters,dyeing technological process,dyeing technology and fabric features. The results obtained in this paper can be of reference for enterprises to develop new type of fabrics.
