含磺酸基的液晶离聚物在PBT/PP共混体系中的增容作用

摘　　要：用己二酸,4,4′-联苯酚和对羟基偶氮苯磺酸合成了一种含有磺酸基的液晶离聚物(LCI)。将LCI与聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)、聚丙烯(PP)进行熔融共混制备了PBT/PP/LCI共混物。通过差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、三维红外图像系统和拉伸试验等方法对共混物进行了热性能、微观形态及力学性能分析。测试结果表明LCI的加入,增强了PBT与PP的界面粘接力,降低了PP分散相的尺寸,改善了二者的相容性,从而提高了共混物的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率。A liquid crystalline ionomer（LCI）was synthesized by use of an interfacial condensation reaction from hexanedioic acid,4,4＇-hydroxybiphenyl,and 4-hydroxyazobenzenesulfonic acid.The LCI was blended with poly（butylene terephthalate）（PBT）and polypropylene（PP）.The thermal behavior,morphological structure,and mechanical properties of the blends were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry（DSC）,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopic（FT-IR）imaging analysis,and tensile measurement.The LCI interacts with both the dispersed PP phase and the matrix PBT phase by acting as compatibilizer at the interface.The compatibilizer brings about good adhesion at the interfacial,which reduces the disperse phase size and enables a finely PP phase at matrix.The mechanical properties of the ternary blends are improved when a proper amount of LCI is added.This is attributed to enhanced adhesion at the interface,which invokes better mechanical properties in the blends.
