摘 要:电镀废水中含有大量的Zn2+,严重污染环境,危及人类健康,必须进行有效的处理方可排放。为此,在静态条件下,采用含醚键离子交换树脂对含Zn2+的模拟电镀废水进行了吸附处理,探讨了树脂用量、废水pH值、吸附时间、吸附温度对Zn2+去除效果的影响。结果表明:在废水pH值为4.0,Zn2+浓度0~100mg/L,吸附时间90min,吸附温度25℃下,按Zn2+与含醚键离子交换树脂质量比为1∶20投加含醚键离子交换树脂进行处理,Zn2+去除率可达98%以上;含Zn2+的电镀废水经含醚键离子交换树脂吸附后,废水中Zn2+的含量低于国家一级排放标准。The adsorption of Zn2+ in electro-plating wastewater by ion exchange resin containing ether linkagewas studied under static condition. The effects of the dosage ofion exchange resin containing ether linkage, pH value ofwastewater, adsorption time and adsorption temperature on the re-moval effect of Zn2+ were investigated. Results show that whenthe mass ratio of Zn2+ to ion exchange resin containing ether link-age was 1:20, it was feasible to remove Zn2+ from thewastewater with a pH value of 4.0 and Zn2+ concentration of 0 ~100 mg/L at adsorption time of 90 min and temperature of 25 ℃by a rate of above 98%. The Zn2+ content of the electroplatingwastewater after being treated with the ion exchange resin contai-ning ether linkage was lower than grade 1 discharge standardspecified in relevant national standards.
