摘　　要：控制下交付是一种重要的侦查手段,在侦破毒品犯罪或者其他违禁品犯罪中发挥着十分重要的作用。对控制下交付的概念、兴起背景与适用条件以及中国控制下交付的立法与实践等进行了探讨,对打击、扼制毒品犯罪和其他产品犯罪活动有重要意义。The Controlled delivery is an important investigative techniques and plays a very important role in the detection of drug - related crimes or other crimes of contraband. In this paper, the concept of controlled delivery, the background of rise, manifestations, nature, legal authority and the applied conditions are discussed, and so are the legislation and practice of Chinese controlled delivery.
