摘　　要：介绍国际标准《洁净室及相关受控环境》中的基本技术术语和技术概念,以利从业者准确理解并熟悉应用粒子、洁净度分级、洁净度检测等基本概念。The basic terms and concepts used in the international standards of Cleanrooms and Associated Controlled environments are explained. It is not easy to understand fully the usual terms, such as particle, cleanliness classification, and cleanliness test.
