热二极管在储能式太阳热水器中的应用研究

摘  要:介绍了热二极管概念及其工作原理,分析了太阳能相变储能材料所应具备的热物理性质,对热二极管传热性能以及储能材料的相变规律开展了实验研究.实验结果表明:热二极管具有良好的启动和等温传热性能;当加热段内工质充液率约为85%时,热二极管传热效率和冷凝段换热系数均达到最佳值;储能材料内部在相变过程中存在不均匀性,且与冷凝段管壁间的换热系数较小.It introduces the concepts and working principles of thermal diode, as well as thermophysical properties which solar phase-change materials should have. Some experiments are also performed to study heat transfer performance of thermal diode and phase-change rules of energy storage materials. Experimental results show that thermal diode has a good start-up performance and isothermal heat transfer characteristics. When the working fluid filling rate in the heating section is about 85 %, heat transfer efficiency of thermal diode and coefficient of heat transfer in the condenser section can be achieved to the best value. Meanwhile, there exists non-uniform phase transition in the inner part of material, and the heat transfer coefficient between the condenser section and the material is small.
