摘 要:封闭式行星齿轮传动中单侧板转臂通常为整体式。分析研究了将行星轮轴与单侧板分开加工,采用过盈配合联接形成分离式单侧板转臂,以代替整体式结构的方法,来提高制造工艺性。并应用有限元分析软件ANSYS,将组装后的分离式单侧板转臂,在考虑其过盈配合及行星轮轴加载情况下进行结构分析,得出了分离式转臂分别在一组不同大小过盈量下,其变形、应力大小变化规律及其分布,从而获得了其过盈配合的最佳过盈量。转臂结构优化方法可行,实践应用效果良好。One-sided plate pivoted arm in closed planetary gear transmission is normally integral. A method of processing the planetary gear shaft and the plate respectively and joining them in the way of interference fit to form a separated one-sided plate pivoted arm is studied. So that integral one-sided plate pivoted arms can be replaced and the manufacturability can also become easy. The structural analysis of assembled separated one-sided plate pivoted arm is conducted using finite element analysis software ANSYS considering the interference fit and the load on planetary gear shaft. The deformation and variation rule of stress as well as its distribution are revealed when the separated pivoted ann is joined with different magnitude of interference. As a result the optimum interference fit is obtained. The method of optimizing design of pivoted ann is feasible and the application effect is good.
