摘　　要：采用虚拟仪器技术,对机械传动产品试验台测控系统进行了改造。该系统采用LabVIEW软件作为开发平台、用PCI-6024E的采集卡取代了原系统中的两套JW型转矩仪和两个D/A转换卡等。增加了振动测量和室温测量,可以精确测量被试件的温升,根据振动情况分析被试件的性能。该系统实现了测量、数据处理、控制、记录、报警等功能。采用虚拟仪器技术对传统控制系统进行改造,具有成本低、性能好、性价比高等特点,是旧设备改造中行之有效的方法。Virtual instrument is used to improve the measure and control system for multi-function mechanical transmission teststand. This system uses the LabVIEW software achievement to develop the platform, to substitute for the original system＇s two sot of JW eddy current dynamometer and two D/A transformation cards with the PCI- 6024E gathering card and so on. It can increase the measure of the oscillator and the room temperature, can increase the preciso of temperature rise and analysis the test sample performance according to the vibration. This system realizes the functions of measuring, data-processing, controlling, recording, warning and so on. Using the virtual instrument technology to develop the tradition control system, it can cut the cost and low the performance-to-price ratio higher characteristic and is the effective method of the old equipment transforms.
