脂环族环氧双甲基丙烯酸酯的合成及性能研究

摘  要:通过(3,4-环氧基)环己基甲酸(3’,4’-环氧基)环己基甲酯(EPC)与甲基丙烯酸发生酯化反应合成了脂环族环氧双甲基丙烯酸酯(EPCDMA)。UV-Vis分光光度计用来测定其在紫外区的吸收,含有水平样品支架的实时红外光谱仪(RTIR)用来监测光聚合动力学,动态力学分析仪(DMA)用来测定固化膜的机械性能。结果表明,EPCD-MA在>250 nm范围内无紫外吸收;相同聚合条件下,EPCDMA/TEGDMA和BisGMA/TEGDMA两种聚合体系的反应活性及所得固化膜的Pf和Tg相近,但是EPCDMA/TEGDMA所得固化膜的的交联密度和储能模量均比BisG-MA/TEGDMA高。A dimethacrylate monomer based on cycloaliphatic epoxide was synthesized by using conventional ring-openning reaction of cycloaliphatic epoxide and methacrylic acid. UV-vis spectrophotometer was used to measure the UV-Vis absorption of EPCDMA and BisGMA. Real time infrared spectroscopy (RTIR) with a horizontal sample holder was used to monitor the photopolymerization of EPCDMA/TEGDMA and BisGMA/TEGDMA initiated by 1.0% TPO. Dynamic mechanical analyzer (DMA) was used to study the mechanical properties of the cured samples. The results showed that,EPCDMA ( 〉250 nm) almost had no absorption around the UV-B range. BisGMA/TEGDMA and EPCDMA/TEGDMA showed the comparable reactivity of polymerization. They had the comparable Pt and Tg, but the latter showed a relatively higher crosslinking density and storage modulus.
