摘 要:研究了α-萘酚与TritonX.100之间的共振能量转移的最佳条件,建立了TritonX-100共振能量转移荧光猝灭法测定α-萘酚的新方法。在pH7.5的Tris-HCl缓冲溶液中,在300.8nm,TritonX-100的荧光猝灭强度与α-萘酚浓度成正比,工作曲线的线性范围为0.36~1.80μg/L,方法的检出限为0.12ng/mL,RSD为0.7%-1.1%,平均加标回收率为100.9%(n=6)。该方法已用于尿样测定,结果满意。The optimum conditions for the resonance energy transfer between α-naphthol and Triton X-100 were studied, and a novel method for the determination of α-naphthol has been developod based on the resonance energy transfer fluorescence quenching effect of Triton X-100, the fluorescence quenching intensity of Triton X-100 at 300.8 nm was proportional to the concentration of α-naphthol. The linear range of the calibration curve was 0.36 - 1.80 μg/L in the pH 7.5 Tris-HCl buffer solution with the detection limits of 0.12 ng/mL. The relative standard deviation was 0.7% - 1.1% and the average recovery was 100.9%. The proposed method has succeeded in analyzing the spiked urine sample with satisfactory results.
