摘　　要：以北京市转河作为公众调查的对象,通过街头随机采访并严格控制受访者背景信息比例的方式,预先设定既定问题类别,并分别对其进行基于不同受访者信息背景的汇总统计分析,期望得到关于转河整治后效评价若干问题的答案。Taking Zhuanhe River as the object for the public investigation, some answers to the questions from the assessment on the aftereffect of the improvement on Zhuanhe River are expected to be obtained with the preset question classification through the mode of on-street stochastic investigation with strict control of the proportion of the background information of the in- vestigated persons and the statistical analysis based on the summarization of the background information of various investigated persons concerned.
