摘　　要：实施工程保证担保制度是控制建设工程风险的一种有效手段。本文以北京市为例回顾了我国工程保证担保制度的推行历程,同时指出在工程保证担保制度推行过程中存在的问题。通过研究,本文提出提高建筑业从业人员对工程保证担保制度的认识、规范和完善工程保证担保市场等解决对策。It is an effective method of controlling engineering risk to carry out engineering guarantee system. This paper reviews the implementation process of engineering guarantee system, and then discusses the main question in the process. Through research, this paper proposes to enhance the awareness of construction professionals on engineering guarantee system, and improve the engineering guarantee market.
