摘　　要：我国是一个地震高发地区,很多建筑都处在高烈度地区,因此建筑在地震作用下的结构安全是设计过程中非常重要的方面。本文主要针对在我国钢结构框架的工程设计中如何建立抗震设计的概念和如何采用减震消能手段进行了探讨,提出了在设计中应该考量的一些问题和措施。There are many buildings are built in high seismic region, so that the safety of structure under the force of earthquake is a very important point which must be considered in the designing. In this paper, the measure and the viewpoint for analysing resist-seismic is discussed, and the parameter which controls the result of designing is pointed out.
