摘　　要：企业实施电子商务必然改变企业的传统运作模式。在电子商务环境下采用软件工程的方法来设计商场管理系统,其中包括功能设计、数据库设计、编码、测试、维护,这些为企业的正常运行提供了软件支持。Implementing electronic commerce in enterprise may lead to the change of business process. The paper designed the market management system through the software engineering method under e-commerce environment, which included functional design, database design, code, test and maintenance. These are software supports to the normal operation for the enterprise.
