摘　　要：指出遵守环境法律法规是环境管理体系的一项核心承诺。介绍了遵守法律法规贯穿于环境方针、目标指标和方案及合规性评价等标准条款中。部分体系条款围绕着法律法规要求形成了一个新的PDCA运行模式。Point out that compliance with environmental laws and regulations is a core commitmen of environmental management system. It was introduced that compliance with laws and regulations is always throughout standard terms and conditions such as the environmental policy, environment objectives and targets and environmental of compliance. A new PDCA cycle is formed surrounding the laws and regulations.
