摘  要:采用单一组分铬酸盐钝化液处理化学镀Ni-P合金层获得一种超薄钝化膜。电化学测试表明,钝化处理显著提高了Ni-P合金层的耐蚀性。X-射线光电子能谱分析表明,钝化膜主要由O、Cr及Ni等元素组成,并根据Ar+离子对钝化膜的溅射速率估算出钝化膜δ约为6nm。Cr 2p精细X-射线光电子能谱谱图分析表明,钝化膜中Cr元素主要以Cr2O3和Cr(OH)3的形式存在。并对钝化膜成膜机理进行了简单探讨。An ultra-thin passive film was obtained on electroless plated Ni-P coating by treatment with a single agent chromate bath. Electrochemical tests indicated that the passivation treatment dramatically improved the corrosion resistance of the coating. The chemical composition of the passive film was analyzed with X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), the result showed that the film comprised of O, Cr and Ni. According to the sputtering rate of Ar ^+ to the film, the thickness of the film was evaluated as about 6nm. By analyzing the high-resolution spectrum for the Cr 2p, it was found that the Cr in passive film was existed as trivalent compounds in the form of Cr203 and Cr( OH)3 And according to the XPS analysis, the formation mechanism of the passive film was discussed.
