摘 要:介绍了一种新型的磷化替代技术——硅烷化处理技术。与传统的磷化相比硅烷处理操作简便、节能和环保。简述了硅烷偶联剂的结构与特点。讨论了硅烷技术在金属涂装前处理中应注意的问题。金属基体经过适当的硅烷溶液处理可有效地提高涂层与基体的结合力,从而提高基体材料的防腐性能。A novel metal surface treatment technology of silanization, which could be substituted for phosphating in the field of painting, was introduced. Compared with conventional phosphating, metal pretreatment with silane coupling agents (SCA) solution is simpler, more environmental friendly and more energy-saving as well. The structure & characteristics of SCA was briefly presented. The key problems related to the application of silane technology on metal surface pretreatment for painting was also discussed. The adhesion between metal substrate treated by the appropriate SCA solution and an undercoat of paint is enhanced effectively. Thus, the excellent performance of anti-corrosion of metal materials could be obtained.
