摘　　要：建立了流动相添加剂-HPLC法测定积雪苷霜软膏中积雪草苷和羟基积雪草苷的含量。采用C18色谱柱,以乙腈-水(30︰70,添加β-环糊精4.54g/L)为流动相,检测波长204nm。积雪草苷和羟基积雪草苷在0.2～20μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.20%和98.90%,RSD为1.06%和1.17%。An HPLC method with the addition of β-cyclodextrin （β-CD） in the mobile phase was established for the determination of asiaticoside and madecassoside in Centella triterpenes cream. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water（30 ： 70, containing β-CD 4.54 g/L） at the detection wavelength of 204 nm. The calibration curves for asiaticoside and madecassoside were linear in the range of 0.20 - 20 μg. The average recoveries were 99.20% and 98.90%, with RSDs of 1.06% and 1.17%.
