摘　　要：建立了HPLC法拆分莫达非尼,并检测阿莫达非尼的(S)-型异构体。使用α-酸性糖蛋白(AGP)手性固定相,以0.05mol/L乙酸铵水溶液(含3%异丙醇,pH6.8)为流动相,检测波长225nm,阿莫达非尼与其(S)-型异构体分离完全,前者的检测限为0.05μg/ml。A chiral HPLC method was established for the separation of modafinil and determination of the （S） - enantiomer in armodafinil. An α-AGP column was used with the mobile phase of 0.05 mol/L ammonium acetate solution （containing 3 % 2-propanol, pH 6.8） at the detection wavelength of 225 nm. Armodafinil and its （S） -enantiomer were separated completely and its limit of detection was 0.05 μg/ml.
