中医手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的现况调查

摘　　要：目的:了解国内中医院骨伤科医生运用中医手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的情况和对规范化手法的认知情况。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷,对17省市的610名骨伤科医生进行现况调查。结果:565份有效问卷中,有73.6%被调查者最常使用中医手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症。最常使用的理筋手法依次是:揉捻法、按压法、滚法,治疗手法依次是:腰部斜扳法、扳腿推腰法、扳肩推腰法。有83.9%的被调查者认可中医手法的安全性。被调查者的年龄、职称、学历与手法的安全性评价和规范手法的接受程度呈正相关。结论:中医手法是非手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的常用方法,规范化的手法容易被医生接受并使用,利于向基层推广。Objective：To understand the situation of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） manipulation and the cognition of normalized manipulation practiced by orthopedists in domestic TCM hospital on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation （ LDH）. Methods：A cross-sectional investigation was carried out to investigate 610 orthopedists from 17 provinces and cities with self-designed questionnaire. Results： 565 valid questionnaires showed that 73.6% respondents chose TCM manipulation as the most commonly used method to treat LDH. The most commonly used manipulations of tendon-regulation were rubbing and twisting, pressure massage and rolling manipulation in turn. The most commonly used treating therapy were waist oblique pulling method, pulling legs for pushing waist method and pulling shoulder for pushing waist method in turn. The safety of TCM manipulation was approved by 83.9% respondents. Age,professional title and educational background of the respondents had a positive correlation with their attitude towards safety evaluation of manipulation and acceptance of norrealized manipulation. Conclusion：TCM manipulation is a commonly used method on the non-surgical treatment of LDH. The doctors are easily to accept and apply the normalized manipulation and it is good for normalized manipulation popularizing at the grassroots level.
