摘 要:高速铁路的发展对无缝线路平直度提出了更高要求,传统钢轨焊接接头平直度测量方法已不能满足高速铁路快速发展的需要,因此,研究钢轨焊接接头平直度测量新装置具有重要意义。在此设计的测量系统硬件部分以工控机为上位机,以PLC为下位机,软件部分采集及分析程序采用VB6.0作为开发平台。经调试表明,所设计的系统合理,能快速准确地测量钢轨焊接接头平直度数据,绘制平直度曲线,形象反映出钢轨焊接接头分布,对钢轨焊接接头的校直和打磨具有一定的指导意义。With the development of seamless high-speed railway,many demands are placed in flatness of Rail welded joints,the traditional measurement methods of rail welded joints flatness can not meet the needs of the rapid development of high-speed railway, It is very important to study new flatness testing device of rail welded joints.The hardware parts are designed industrial computer as the host computer and PLC for the next-bit machine in the paper, the software part of the collection and analysis program using VB6.0 as a development platform.The tests show that the designed system is reasonable,be able to quickly and accurately test rail welded joints flatness of the distribution.It is certain significant for Subsequent straightening and grinding of rail welded joints.
