摘  要:焊接材料的工艺性和其熔滴过渡及电参数有密切的关系。为了定量评价纤维素焊条的工艺性,在此采用工艺性试验方法、高速摄影方法以及汉诺威弧焊质量分析仪试验研究了四种长输管道用纤维素焊条的熔滴过渡、电弧参数,提出了定量评价纤维素焊条工艺性的方法。结果表明:纤维素焊条表现为短路过渡、喷射过渡、爆炸过渡的混合模式,焊条工艺性主要取决于喷射过渡所占比例大小、短路过渡电参数统计特征量,即短路概率密度和Σn(Us)及短路电流概率密度和Σn(Is),可以间接表征喷射过渡所占的比例,从而定量评价纤维素焊条的工艺性。There are close relationship between operational behavior of welding material and droplet transfer and electric parameters.In order to quantities assessment of operational behavior for the welding material, the traditional assessment of operational behavior methods is carried out;the droplet transfer mode and the welding electric parameters of the four kinds of cellulose electrode has been tested and analyzed by using the high-speed photography equipment and the Analysator Hannove;the method for quantities assessment of the operational behavior of cellulose electrode also has been studied.The result shows that the metal transfer modes of cellulose electrode are short-circuit transfer,spray transfer,an explosion transfer;the proportion of spray transfer reflect operational behavior of four electrode.The short-circuit transfer electric parameters ∑n(Us) and ∑n(Is) which can indirectly characterize the proportion of spray transfer can be used for assessing the operational behavior of the cellulose electrode.
