摘 要:随着我国经济建设蓬勃开展,重大工程项目不断兴建,重大工程规范化管理技术也日益受到我国理论研究者和管理工作者的关注。在深入分析重大工程规范化管理技术内涵的基础上,分别以秦山二期核电站项目、广州珠江黄埔大桥项目、青藏铁路项目和三峡工程项目为案例,对其实践经验进行了介绍。With the well development of Chinese economic, more and more major engineering projects have been built with more and more attention from researchers and managers in China. Standard management technology for major engineering projects refer to a whole set of workable scientific project management techniques distinguished from the commonly used ones, its core contents are program management, format management, contract management and IT management. Major engineering project management can be upgraded with improved efficiency and good social and economic benefits achieved through contracted management objectives, formatted manageme.nt contents, and programmed management content implementation with the help of information technology. With the development of management science and engineering management practice, standard management technology is enriched and perfected with new contents and meanings continuously created from integrated management, and meticulous management, harmonious management, benchmarking management and so on.
