摘　　要：产学研合作中的人力资本投资风险问题是产学研合作研究领域中的重要问题,对合作的实际运作有着十分重要的指导作用。借鉴国内外人力资本投资风险的研究成果,并加入以往研究中被忽视的自我投资风险因素,通过对产学研合作组织结构和人力资本投资的界定,将风险划分为产学研合作主体投资风险和虚拟研发团队自我投资风险,运用人力资本价值实现链研究产学研合作中人力资本投资风险因素。In industry-university-researchcooperation, the risk of investment in human capital is the most important problem in the field of collaborative research, it has a very important guiding role for the operation of the cooperation. Based on the research achievement at home and abroad, this paper has the self-investment risk factors joined, which are easily neglected in the previous studies. Through the definition of organizational structure in industry-university-research cooperation and the investment in human capital, it divides the risk into two parts of the main investment risks and self-investment risk of virtual R＆D team, and uses the human capital value chain to study on the risk of investment on human capital in industry-university-research cooperation.
