摘　　要：沈阳市农产品监管模式有别于国内其他地区,农产品监管体系的构成主要由政府农业行政主管部门、农业检测部门和农业执法部门组成,采取抽检和执法分离的模式,经过2年的实施,有创新也存在问题,亟待完善。Shenyang Agricultural monitoring mode is different from the rest of the country, system of agricultural products monitoring consists of government administrative department of agriculture, agricultural testing department and law enforcement of agriculture, testing and enforcing is depart. There are some Innovation and problems after two years＇ carting out, must try best to improve it.
