摘　　要：从台湾国史馆、中央研究院近代史研究所等处的档案入手,可以探讨出中美易货贸易的缘起,中国对易货贸易的管理和组织,易货品的生产和运输;进而分析出中美易货贸易的特点,易货贸易对中国战时外贸政策和外贸机构的影响。The dissertation makes use of archives in Taiwan Academia Historica, Institute of Modem History etc., explores the origins of Sino-American＇ s barter trade, China＇ s management and organization to barter trade, production and transportation of barter things; then, it analyzes features of Sino-America＇s barter trade, and the influences of barter trade upon Chinese wartime foreign trade policies and foreign trade institutions.
