摘 要:利用H3BO3作为助熔剂、尿素为燃料,采用燃烧法成功制备了发光性能良好的Sr2SiO4:Eu3+红色荧光粉,通过X射线衍射和荧光分光光度计对样品进行了表征。实验结果表明:Sr2SiO4:Eu3+荧光粉的衍射峰发生了偏移,晶格常数减小,Eu3+的加入使得晶格发生了收缩;同时发现H3BO3的加入有利于α′-Sr2SiO4纯相的形成和(211)晶面的生长;选择H3BO3(1%,2%,3%,5%(质量分数))做助熔剂,有效地提高了Sr2SiO4:Eu3+荧光粉的发光强度;H3BO3用量从1%增加到3%时,位于5D1→7F3跃迁的587 nm的发射峰和5D0→7F2跃迁的622 nm的发射峰逐渐增强。A red emitting phosphor Sr2 SiO4 : Eu^3+ T was successfully synthesized via a combustion synthesis method using urea as fuel and boric as flux. The crystallization and luminescence properties of the samples were characterized systematically by means of powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) and luminescence spectrophotometry. The results were as follows: The diffraction peaks of Sr2SiO4 :Eu^3+ had an excursion and the lattice constant decreased, which indicated that the Eu^3+ ion had doped into the crystal lattice in the result of the lattice shrinking. Meanwhile, the growth of the single phase α-Sr2SiO4 and the crystal plane of (112) were improved as the boric acid (1%, 2%, 3% , 5% (mass fraction) ) was added. The boric acid had a vital effect on improving the luminescence intensity of Sr2SiO4: Eu^3+ Furthermore, the emission spectra peaked at 587 and 622 nm, which originated from the ^5D1→^7F3 and ^5D0→^7F2 transition of Eu^3+ ion respectively, enhanced when the concentration of the boric acid was between 1% and 3%.
