德阳地震灾害后不同阶段卫生防疫面临的挑战及应对措施

摘　　要：[目的]了解"5.12"汶川地震灾害后德阳地震灾区卫生防疫面临的挑战和应对措施。[方法]通过对"5.12"特大地震灾害后,德阳地震灾区不同时期卫生防疫面临的状况、突出问题和困难进行分析,对不同时期防疫策略、措施和实施效果进行评估,可对今后应对类似重大突发事件提供理论依据、借鉴和启迪。[结果]震后10个月,德阳地区未发生与地震相关的重大食物中毒、重大传染病疫情、饮用水污染事件和其他突发公共卫生事件,灾区卫生防疫体系恢复常态,卫生防疫应急能力在实战中得到提升。[结论]一系列防控措施行之有效,灾后卫生防疫工作取得了重大阶段性成效。[Objective] To look into the challenges and measures of sanitation and epidemic prevention system of the quake-hit areas-Deyang after the 5.12 earthquake. [Methods] Through analyzing the situation and salient problems and difficulties that the sanitation and epidemic prevention system faced in different periods after the earthquake, and assessing the epidemic strategies, measures and their effects, so as to provide theoretical basis, reference and enlightment for future sudden fateful event. [Results] After 10 months after earthquake, no serious food-poisoning case was found, no infectious disease spread and no drinking water source was polluted, and neither had any other sudden public sanitation event broke out. Furthermore, the sanitation and epidemic prevention system recovered and the ability of meeting emergency was promoted. [Conclusion] A series of measures during the earthquake turned out to be effective, and great success has been achieved in the sanitation and epidemic prevention system for a moment.
