扶正逐毒丸急性毒性试验研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察扶正逐毒丸的急性毒性。[方法]将试验小鼠20只随机分成试验组和对照组,试验组灌胃84%扶正逐毒丸,一日2次。[结果]小鼠灌胃给药14d后,给药组与对照组体重均数没有差异,解剖肉眼观察主要脏器颜色及形态学改变,结果心、肝、脾、肺、肾、胃、肠等主要脏器未见异常改变。[结论]小鼠灌胃给药后,未发现明显急性毒性,扶正逐毒丸临床使用是安全的。[Objective] To observing the acute toxicity of the Fu Zheng Zhu Du pill. [Methods] 20 rats were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, and the experimental group were gave 84% of the Fu zheng Zhu Du pill per 2 times a day. [Results] After oral administration for 14 days, the weight mean of administration group and control group did not show significant difference, and the rats were dissected to observe the major organs and morphological changes of heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, stomach, intestines and other major organs, but no abnormal changes was found. [Conclusion] The tests have not found acute toxicity after oral administration of mice. Fu zheng Zhu Du pill is safe for clinical use.
