摘　　要：在阐述构建健康生活方式评价体系意义的基础上,采用问卷调查法、因子分析法、模糊综合评判法等,分析健康生活方式的内容结构及评价指标体系,确定各级指标的权重及评价标准。实证研究表明,该指标体系能较准确地对人们生活方式的健康程度进行判定。Based on the elaboration of the significance of constructing health and lifestyle evaluation system, using methods of questionnaire, factor analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the present research constructed the content structure and evaluation index system of healthy lifestyles and defined the weight of each index at various levels and evaluation criteria. The empirical research shows that the evaluation system could decide quite accurately the healthy extent of a certain people＇ s lifestyle.
