摘　　要：存在于心肌细胞和细胞外基质中的转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)是心脏生理病理重塑的重要因子。TGF-β可以刺激心肌细胞生长和间质改建,参与心肌细胞肥大和纤维化的信号转导途径。综述TGF-β信号通路在运动心脏重塑方面的机制及进展。Located in both the cardiomyocytes and the extracellular matrix, Transforming Growth Factor-β （ TGF-β） is one of the key players in the pathophysiologic remodeling of the myocardium. By stimulating cardiomyocyte growth and inducing interstitial fibrosis, TGF-β plays a key role in hypertrophic and fibrotic remodeling of the heart mediating cardiomyocyte hypertrophy and fibrosis signal transduction pathway. The present review summarized the current researches in the mechanism of TGF-β in exercise-induced cardiac remodeling
