摘　　要：汽轮发电机组运行过程中,定子线棒过热的现象时有发生。通过水流量试验,判定发电机定子线棒温度偏高的主要原因为定子线棒腐蚀和异物堵塞导致水管壁变窄,使定冷水流速下降。用水锤法对线棒进行吹扫后,水流量不超过平均值的±10%,符合评定要求。最后,给出了防止发电机定子线棒腐蚀结垢的具体措施。In the operation of turbo-generator set,the overheat phenomenon of stator bar was happened occasionally.According to the water flow test,it is decided that the main reasons of higher temperature of the generator stator bar are the corrosion of stator bar and water tube blockage by foreign body,which causes the water path to be narrow and the flow velocity of stator cooling water to be slowly.After the bar had been purged by water hammer,the water flow is not exceeding the average by ±10% and is accordance with evaluation requirement.Finally,the concrete measures for prevention of generator stator bar corrosion were given.
