紫花苜蓿抗菌核病基础材料筛选的研究

摘  要:苜蓿(Medicagos aliva L)是我国重要的牧草,其营养价值和蛋白质含量非常高,被称为“牧草之王”。苜蓿菌核病在世界各主产发生非常广泛,尤其是在南方高湿地区,且有危害加重之势,造成非常严重的经济损失,给牧畜生产带来了巨大的损失,严重威胁着苜蓿的种植业和畜牧业的发展。为了选育出优良的抗菌核病的品种,采用离体叶片分离法对西南大学牧草实验地的苜蓿接种实验,在人工培养箱内22℃条件下培养7天,观察接种叶片每天的感染情况,得出120、125、126、134、137具有较强的抗病性。The alfalfa (Medicagos aliva L.)clover is an important herding grass of our country, its nourishment value and the protein content are very high, was become king who herd the grass.The Sclerotinia sclerotiorum disease to produce the occurrence in each lord of world very, is in the southern and high and wet region particularly, and have endanger to aggravate it power, result in very serious economy lose, give herding beast to produce to bring the huge great damage, threaten the clover to plant seriously and livestock farming also of development.For choosing to use to compare good of to the species that the germ checks the disease anti- disease to like, the adoption leaves the body leaf the slice separate the method experiments the ground to the southwest university herding grass of clover inoculate the experiment, develop 7 days under the condition that artificial develops the box inside 20℃, observe to infect with the circumstance everyday, of 120,125,126,134 and 137 have the stronger resistance to the disease.
