西拉普利治疗高血压的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：评价西拉普利的降压疗效及对心率、血脂、血糖、血钾、肌酐、GPT的影响。方法：30例高血压患者采用随机、单盲、安慰剂治疗前后自身对照试验法。给予西拉普利2．5mg，每日一次，每周末测血压心率，服药共4周，在治疗前后分别进行血脂、血糖、血钾、肌酐、GPT的检查。结果：服药后降压总有效率在一周末为80％，两周末为89．7％，三周末为89．7％，四周末为83．3％，而对心率、血脂、血糖、血钾、肌酐、GPT的影响无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论：西拉普利是安全有效的降压药，且对心率、血脂、血糖、血钾、肌酐、GPT无明显的影响。Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effects of Cilazapril on patients with hyper tension and the effects of Clazapril on heart rate (HR),serum lipid,serum glucose,serum potassi um,serum creatinine (CRE), glutamic - pyruvic transaminase (GPT). METHODS: Thirty patients with hypertension were randomized, single - blind, placebocontrolled clinical trial. The patients were administrated with Cilazapril in a dosage of 2. 5mg once daily for 4 weeks and were measured weekends the blood pressure and the heart rate. Before and after administration,serum lipid,serum glucose, serum potassium, CRE, GPT were determined. RESULTS: The total efficacy rates after one week, two weeks, three weeks and four weeks were 80%, 89. 7%, 89. 7% and 83. 3%. The changes of HR,serum lipid,serum glucose,serum potassium,CRE,GPT were no statistical differ ences (P>0. 05). CONCLUSION:Cilazapril is an effective antihypertensive agent with few side effects and has no effect on HR,serum lipid,serum glucose,serum potassium,CRE,GPT.
